An organization of food based on our consolidated Mediterranean tradition has been replaced in a few decades from a new eating style that introduced the culture of fast food. It is always the higher the number of adults and students who in the name of an alleged lack of time tend to skip breakfast or prefer to eat it out of the house with pastries.
