Muffin with cornflakes

INGREDIENTS: 100 g of corn flakes - 100 ml milk - 1 egg - 100 g flour 00-1 banana into small pieces - 1 apple cubes - 50 g of rum - 50 g of raisins - 1 teaspoon baking soda - 50 ml oil EVO - 1 pinch of cinnamon - 1 pinch of salt - 1 pinch of nutmeg - ½ teaspoon of baking powder

PREPARATION: Soak the corn flakes with milk in a bowl and leave them aside.

In another bowl beat the egg and add a little apple, flour, banana, yeast, raisins, nutmeg, salt, cinnamon and baking soda. Mash Up.

Add the corn flakes with the preparation and mix.

Fill the molds for muffins and bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes.

CUPCAKES WITH CEREALS AND CHOCOLATE

PREPARATION: Melt the chocolate in a saucepan.

Add the salt and margarine.

Mix well.

Pour the corn flakes and stir gently so they do not break. When the corn flakes are all covered in chocolate, pour into a round plate and put in fresh. Serve when the chocolate has hardened.

BISCUIT WITH CEREALS

INGREDIENTS: 50 gr. corn flakes - 100 gr. dark chocolate - 10 gr. nuts - gr.pinoli 10 - 10 gr. almonds - 10 gr. raisin

PREPARATION: After dissolving the chocolate in a double boiler, mix with it the rest of the ingredients. On a baking sheet with parchment paper, place the mixture in small heaps and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

CAKE WITH CHOCOLATE CEREALS

INGREDIENTS: 1 box of corn flakes Mrkanny - 250 g dry biscuits type Gold Saiva - 150 g macaroons - 1 l. milk - 100 g pine nuts - 1 egg - 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa - 5 tablespoons sugar - 1 shot of amaretto

PREPARATION: Crumble the macaroons and biscuits.

Warm milk well and then pour on biscuits, on cornflakes, macaroons letting them soften.

Stir reducing to a pulp and then add the cocoa powder, sugar, egg and finally the amaretto and pine nuts.

Add more milk (if necessary), until you have a soft and doughy.

Mix all ingredients and pour into a buttered pan and sprinkled with bread crumbs.

To knock against the pan to level the mixture and bake at 180 degrees for 50 '/ 60min.

Remove from the oven, let it cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar to taste.
